- 1
Give Ace your resume once
Upload a PDF or your LinkedIn export. Ace reads it into a profile every application starts from.
- 2
Ask for what you need
Roles to look at, whether one is worth it, a tailored resume, a practice interview — in your own words.
- 3
Apply ready
A resume written for the posting, answers rehearsed out loud, and every application tracked on one board.
Features
Things people ask Ace
Type it the way you would say it. Ace does the work and shows you what it did.
“Find me remote backend roles in Europe.”
Ace searches real job boards and company career pages, reads what it finds, and ranks it against your profile — then parks the good ones in your tracker.

Ace rewrites your resume for that specific posting and has it waiting when you get back. You edit it by clicking any line.
Learn more“Interview me for this, and be tough.”
A voice interviewer briefed on the role and your resume, then a written debrief on what to tighten before the real one.
Learn more“What should I do next?”
Every role on one board, from ready to apply to offer. Ace knows what is on it, so the answer is about your search.

What Ace hands back, you can argue with
The tailored resume arrives as a document, not a form. Click any line and a cursor lands where you clicked. Disagree with a bullet? Ask Ace to rewrite just that one. Change it yourself and the PDF follows.
- Ask Ace to rewrite any single line
- Every round saved as a version you can go back to
- Clean single-column PDF, built for applicant tracking systems

Application tracking
And it remembers the whole search
Everything Ace finds or you paste in lands on one board, moving from “ready to apply” through to an offer. Ace knows what is on it, so “what should I do next?” has an answer about your search rather than job hunting in general.

Why Ace
The job search, minus the busywork
Doing it by hand
- Scrolling boards and opening every posting to see if it fits
- One resume sent everywhere, or an hour rewriting it per job
- Rehearsing answers in your head
- A spreadsheet of links you have to reopen
With Ace
- Ace reads them and brings back the few that do, with reasons
- A version written for each posting in about a minute
- Saying them out loud to an interviewer who asks follow-ups
- A board where each card is the job, the resume and the prep

Questions
Before you sign up
What is AceJobs?
AceJobs (also written Ace Jobs) is an AI job search agent. You ask Ace for roles and it searches real job boards, ranks what it finds against your profile, scores whether a specific posting is worth applying to, rewrites your resume for that posting, and interviews you by voice before the real thing. Every application it finds lands on a tracking board.
Is AceJobs actually free?
Yes, and it stays free. You start with 100 credits and get 25 more every week: a tailored resume is 2 credits and a minute of voice interview practice is 1. Chatting with Ace, job search and application tracking are free and unlimited. No card to start, and nothing expires after 14 days. Pro is $14/month (€14 in Europe) for 600 credits if you are applying at volume.
Will an AceJobs resume get through applicant tracking systems?
The output is a clean, single-column PDF built from structured data — no tables, text boxes or columns for a parser to choke on. It leads with the language the posting itself used, which is what keyword matching looks for.
Can Ace apply to jobs for me?
Only if you give it permission, and it is off until you do. You set a daily cap and a minimum fit score, and choose whether Ace may submit company application forms or only prepare the answers for you. It never signs agreements for you, every application is logged, and turning it off cancels anything queued.
What happens to my resume and my data?
Your profile and resumes are yours. You can export everything or delete your account and all of its data from inside the app, without emailing anyone. AI processing is opt-in and you can withdraw it at any time in Privacy settings.
How long does the first tailored resume take?
Upload a resume once and Ace reads it into your profile. From then on a tailored version takes about a minute, because it starts from what you have already given it rather than from a blank page.
Do I have to use the AI parts of AceJobs?
No. The tracker, the board and the resume editor all work on their own. Ace is there when you want it and quiet when you do not.
